How it works
Tournament Format
The tournament winner is determined by total team points. Players always earn points for their original team — regardless of who they're seated with during later rounds.
Tournament uses The Big Card American mahjong playing card

Pair Play
45 Minutes
Format
- •Each team splits into two pairs
- •Each pair joins another pair from a different team
- •New tables are formed with four players
Scoring
- •Points earned by players still count toward their original team
Round 3
Final Mixed Table
One Final Game
Format
- •Players are re-seated by individual rank after Rounds 1 & 2
- •Top scorers across all teams sit together at the first table, next-highest at the next table, and so on down the standings
- •Each table has four players from different teams
Scoring
- •Every point earned is credited to the player's original team
Tournament Champion
At the conclusion of all rounds, the team with the highest cumulative score wins the Margs and Mahj Championship.
